It features an oasis themed pool and the Anjana Spa offering extensive range of treatments.

Each of the 316 rooms and suites offer at least one balcony with a sea view and are decorated with modern Turkish design. Each features flat-screen TV, free WiFi and minibar. All have a bathroom with a soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower.

At the heart of the resort is À La Turca, a restaurant giving service throughout the day, complemented by two signature restaurants – the Mediterranean-inspired L'Olivo Ristorante that will delight the palate of the connoisseurs. Guests can also enjoy a variety of drinks and snacks from two poolside and beachside restaurants during the day. Guests can further relax in the evening at the Shisha Lounge.

The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers travelling and the same card must be carried for verification upon check-in at the resort. A Little Slice of Paradise - Rixos The Palm Dubai
We recently stayed at the Rixos The Palm Dubai for 7 nights, and it has truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Having experienced many 5-star resorts worldwide, including the likes of JW Marriott, Anantara, and Atlantis the Palm, we can confidently say that Rixos stands in a league of its own. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the quality of the hotel and its immaculate facilities. However, what truly sets this resort apart is its exceptional staff and customer service. We were delighted to have our very own customer service team, Zaynah and Hazem, who were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless stay. The dining options are outstanding. La Turca, offering buffet lunch and dinner, was consistently excellent, while L’Olivo became a favorite for its fabulous food—we dined there twice! A special mention to Irshad Osama, who took care of us with warmth and efficiency during our meals. The team at La Turca also deserves high praise: • Moses made breakfast unforgettable with his Strawberry and Banana Smoothie serenade, adding a personal touch that started our day perfectly. • Nabin, Imtiaz, Sharazar John, and Yusuf consistently delivered exceptional service with smiles and attention to detail. Around the resort, the level of care continued: • Frederick at the swim-up bar kept the poolside experience lively and refreshing. • The Fruit Man by the main pool brought inspired offerings that made relaxing poolside even more special. The resort itself is a paradise. The attention to detail is exceptional, and everything from the landscaped grounds to the sparkling pool reflects a standard of perfection. The pool team and bar staff from Bodrum Bar were always on hand to cater to our needs, adding to the relaxed, luxurious atmosphere. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with plenty of storage and amenities.

Picture perfect family holiday destination
It was a dream holiday, everything was well organised, the staff super hard working and always friendly. Kids club was also great the coaches worked really hard and all the kids loved it. Both the rooms and the communal areas were always clean and the view of the skyline at sunset is priceless

Bad start to holiday but general staff rescued the trip with great service Zaynah and Hayem were excellent in guest assi
Staff were well trained and very friendly particularly Sonny in the beach bar and Sarah in the coffee and cakes bar - Mohit looked after us well in Bodrun
Check in - booking alacarte restaurants was made very difficult on booking in told nothing available until I remonstrated and spoke to a manager - not a great start especially as most of the restaurants had plenty of tables available when we visited.
